Inimeste harjumused võivad ajas muutuda, kuid vajadused jäävad – me vajame alati märkamist, tunnustamist, tänu. Samuti soovime igapäevaselt kogeda seda, et kuulume kuhugi, kus me oleme olulised ning hinnatud. Nii on see ka ettevõtte meeskonnaga. Töötajatele suunatud sündmused toimivad team-buildinguna ja suurendavad ühtekuuluvustunnet. Samuti tõmbab sündmus meeskonnad välja nende igapäevatöö rutiinist ning suunab fookuse nende panuse tunnustamisele. Kvaliteetsete sündmuste organiseerimisega ettevõttes näitame me välja tänu ja hoolivust oma meeskonna suhtes ning see omakorda tõstab meeskonna õnnetaset, mis aitab ühtlasi kaasa suurema produktiivsuse saavutamisele.

CONSULTATION

Üritusturundus on ülioluline osa iga eduka ettevõtte äriplaanis. Selleks, et lahendused toimiksid tuleb läbi mõelda iga etapp. Üritusturundus ei ole pelgalt lõbusate pidude korraldamine vaid see on äriliste eesmärkide saavutamine läbi silmast-silma kontakti loomise. Pelgalt allahindlusega saadetud arve ei too ettevõttele lojaalset klienti. Seda teeb eelkõige hea klienditeenindus ja toote või teenusega rahulolu, kuid aina enam hinnatakse personaalset lähenemist. Eesmärgiga korraldatud kliendisündmused loovad võimaluse kohtuda kliendiga silmast-silma, viia omavaheline suhtlus uuele tasemele ning tuua kliendisuhtesse sisse inimlikkuse ja personaalsuse aspekt, mis loob väga suured eeldused lojaalseteks kliendisuheteks.
