LHV Hackathons are company events bursting with energy and good thoughts that strengthen and boost team communication and spirit. A significant part of our work in relation to LHV Hackathons involves creating an environment that is conducive to communication between team members and offers sufficient privacy for teams to hold discussions. At the same time, it has to leave room for jury work and larger discussions. Overall, it can be said that each hackathon has shown to boost team spirit and helped put ambitious thoughts and ideas on paper, which in turn improves the bank’s daily work.
