NOA Chef’s Hall is one of the flagships of the Estonian restaurant scene, known for its breathtaking views, locally sourced tasting sensations and the city’s best signature cocktails. You will be treated to an extraordinary experience from start to finish.
Dinner at NCH starts in a cosy lounge, where welcoming drinks and the first introductory snacks are served. From there the guests will be escorted to the table, where they will be enchanted with next courses. NCH is one of the two Michelin-star awarded restaurants in Estonia, where both the food as well as services has been honed to the very last detail, while retaining a relaxing and atmosphere that has a pleasant flow to it.
The restaurant’s large windows that offer a stunning view to the sea and the silhouette of Tallinn serve as the icing on the cake.

In addition to being a journey in taste, the dinner will also have a bit of mystery to it, as we will add a touch of magic to your evening in the form of surprise guests.
Each member of the party will be made to feel welcome upon entering the restaurant. The host will greet the guests and maintain the pace of the event. An artist befitting the evening will know how to create mood while not taking the attention away from wonderful food, filling your party’s cup with food for the soul with each note. The event will also include a mystery performance chosen by you and adapted according to your wishes.
Our photographer and videographer will do everything in their power to ensure that you will have only the best memories of the event, which you can recollect whenever you look at the videos and photos.

We will keep in touch with you prior to the event and talk you through the end-to-end solution, suitable performers and the menu. Then, we will make all preparations and will be there in Tuljak on the day of the event to make sure that the party runs without a hitch. After the event, we will wrap things up and perform all event-related follow-up activities.
